  • Phone: we provide technical phone support during business hours, and if required needed our programmers and DBA will work with your staff during off business hours or weekends for system upgrade to avoid downtime during your regular business hours.
  • Web-based: Most of our phone support calls are accompanied with desktop sharing via the web (GoToMeeting).
  • Support portal: Our team has developed a SharePoint site for your Staff to report problems and/or suggest new features.
